Real estate project owned by the world famous hotel chain SOTOGRANDE, is developed within the luxurious resort of Cap Cana. The project was designed by GVA, a design firm based in Mexico which has broad experience in designing this type of project.
SOTOGRANDE at Cap Cana has 4 stages, the first of which is already completed, consisting of 13 buildings, 122 apartments, with an approximate area of 40,000 m2 of construction. This includes all services that a project like this warrants, including: reception lobby, swimming pools, pool bar, playground, covered parking spaces, central air conditioning system, fire detection and fire suppression, etc..
In July 2010 a consortium agreement was signed with the Brazilian multinational Odebrecth. This agreement establishes the basic parameters of cooperation by which to carry out infrastructure projects in the Dominican Republic, such as the construction and/or Implementation of road infrastructure, rehabilitation and improvement of Road Bavaro-Ubero alto-Miches-Sabana de la Mar and construction of a port terminal in Sabana de la Mar, whose construction is planned to begin in the coming months of this year.
